Trip Planning - Emergencies

Italy-Accom is an apartment rental agency, unlike a 4 or 5 star hotel, we do not have a 24 hour office or front desk and clients must be aware that they are traveling independently and must take extra care not to lose their keys and to take all necessary care to look after the apartment during their stay.

We do however monitor the messages left on our message service after office hours, between 18:00 and Midnight as well as from 07:00 each morning, so if you do have a true emergency we may be able to assist you.

If an emergency arises due to negligence of the client and there is a need for our concierge to come to the apartment after hours (after 7pm) a charge will be incurred of Euro 60 and must be paid to the Concierge directly in cash.
